AOGG Sörnäinen welcomes Alliance black belt Luana Soares.
Luana is an IBJJF World Champion at both blue and purple belt level. In 2022, she won the adult blue belt open class at the IBJJF World Championship and earned silver in the middleweight division. She returned the following year as a purple belt and became the 2023 adult medium-heavyweight World Champion.
Today, Luana competes at the highest level of the sport as a black belt. Throughout her competitive journey, one position has remained a central part of her game: the lasso guard.
During this 2.5-hour seminar, Luana will share the key details, concepts and movements that have made the lasso guard such an effective part of her world-class competition game.
